"Looks good but NOT!"

Went to disabled toilet the support to get up from the toilet never been used basically because it's stuck in place and would not move!

Mentioned it to receptionist who said she had never been in there but would mention to caretaker (I wonder if that will happen?)

When the Dr gives your name over tannoy it sounds like British Rail - cannot tell what is being said!

Only two disabled spaces near the entrance. For library and doctors?

For purpose built facility aesthetically please but lacks common sense as appears to be the norm in this day and age.! Not impressed at all..
