"2 companies asking for ground rent"

I have two companies asking for ground rent.

Compton group has sent me invoices for ground rent which I paid for my property in Salford.

Now Fairhurst and Son has sent me an invoice saying I'm in arrears for the same time span.

Both companies are claiming they are management for the ground rent. Both are just impossible to get hold of on the phone and I've written to Fairhurst and Son and had no reply.

Anyone have an email address for these companies?.
