Don't bother trying to contact them. You will get no reply.

They overcharge for ground rent

They places overdue charges on people who don't owe them money. Check Google, there are lots of examples.

They are never at the office, even neighbouring business confirms that.

Vile, immoral, questionable practice, zero communication, bad accounts management.

Good luck if you have to deal with these guys..
