"What a waste of space this company"

Hi yes i had the same a notification of arrears in payments of £10.00 and they are very quick to send letter of notice and solicitors fees which total up to £120.00 what a joke. Emailed them dropped of correspondence letter nothing from them done this twice and still nothing..
